RELIABILITY

The PIUSI P5.5:1 & 3.5:1 oil transfer air pumps are particularly suitable for the dispensing of high-medium viscosity oil for short, medium and long distances. It can be applied on drums and connected to a system consisting of several service stations, equipped with reels and dispensing nozzles. It is therefore used in all workshops that need a highly performing oil transfer system also reliable over time.

MAIN FEATURES

Characterized by a sturdy, soundproofing protective structure it is equipped with a pneumatic exchanger and three-stage air discharge system that, together with an absence of colliding mechanical parts subject to wear, guarantee low operating noise (just 77 dB) and a long operating life. VISCOMAT VANE

Viscomat Vane is an oil and diesel transfer pump, available in the Viscomat Vane 70 and Viscomat Vane 90 versions. The available AC version is suitable for all those applications where it is necessary to apply a transfer system with high suction capacity in order to transfer fluids with medium-high viscosity.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

The high density of the oil, compared to other types of liquids, requires a greater strength in the transfer phase. For this reason, the Viscomat Vane oil and diesel transfer system is characterized by the AC self-priming vane pump, capable of supporting and guaranteeing a constant flow rate and regularity in the flow dispensed with low viscosity, up to 500 cSt with a flow rate of up to 50 l/min. The continuous operation ensures high suction capacity with pressure up to 6 bar. The asynchronous AC motor, on the other hand, is self-ventilated, closed and available in different voltages and frequencies, both single-phase and three-phase, in order to adapt to any working condition.

The Viscomat Vane oil and diesel transfer pump offers the possibility to regulate the operation with closed delivery, thanks to the application of the by-pass integrated in the pump body.

RELIABLE

The sintered steel rotor has resin vanes that provide good strength to the rotor during transfer. For greater safety of the oil transfer system, Viscomat Vane can be accessed from the pump side to ensure proper maintenance of the rotating shaft seal.

Viscomat DC is a direct current oil transfer pump. Viscomat DC is suitable for workshops with demanding work paces and can transfer and dispense oil to the tanks of vehicles quickly and safely.

SIMPLE AND PRACTICAL TO USE

Designed for applications where it is necessary to transfer oil from drums, where there is no connection to the power line or compressed air system, Viscomat DC can be applied to drums, IBC tanks or installed in kits for oil transfer like Drum Viscomat.
